Loflin has died. He's not sure how, he isn't sure when. All he knows is that he cannot communicate with those around him. While trying to process his death, he battles to make connection with Ella, his living counterpart. Unfortunately for Loflin, time (and Ella) move on without him, leaving him a perpetual spectator in his own life. Loflin is forced to contend with one question: "How can you move forward when you have no future?"
